Add adobe flash to java browser?

I am a member of pogo,but I can't get in all the rooms because some of the games are using flash. I even emailed them about it, and I followed there instructions, but every time I almost get the game downloaded, a window pops up telling me that there was an error while trying to download the game, can you PLEASE help me
