Is this real justice?

Recently, Sir Alex Ferguson was attacked and aulted, His attacker was sentenced to 18 months in prison. Some young yobs, who stoned a man to death received sentences in a young offenders institution, of around two years apiece. A man that attacked a man of 97, blinding him in one eye was given a three year supervision order but not imprisoned, on the condition that he seeks psyciatric help. Is it just me, or does anyone else think that our justice system has gone to the dogs? In the latter case, the court was of the opinion that the attacker needed psychiatric help. Why was he not put into prison to receive this help? How can the court be sure that he won't snap again? He attacked the old man for virtually reason. As with the youngsters who stoned the man to death, surely they were old enough to know right from wrong, so why such lenient sentences? Is it not time that our judiciary were given a guide to work by?

Waking to eat.?

I have always struggled with my weight. I recently have been waking up around 3am, starving and it's as if I'm almost sleep walking. During the day I tell myself I will not eat in the middle of the night, as I know it's a bad habit, but for some reason or another, I always do it. I feel so guilty ALL day, everday and do not end up eating again until dinner time. At dinner time I usually eat very little because of this. I'll have a slim fast or something under 200 calories to make up for the nightly binge. What is wrong with me? It's as if I am not thinking rationally in the middle of the night, but I know what I'm doing is causing me to gain weight, the one thing that scares me more than anything.

Part of my dogs tail is dead and dry and part of the bone is sticking out?

I called the vet and they are going to try to fit him in but what can i do for him before we get to the vets ? I got him yesterday and half his tail is DEAD its dry like jerky almost and the bone is just sticking out. He has no feeling at all in it and there is no blood. He chewed it open last night and still no blood its just dry jerky like skin stretched over bone. With a small apartment, I would keep the colors throughout very similar but just slightly different shades. Sage greens without a heavy yellow tint are great. Anything goes with sages so you can do a rug that introduces reds, purples, others greens, yellows and blacks. Dries should be clean and a solid color. I would choose the sage. Do the same for the bedroom except create a spa look for that room. Keep your comforter or duvet in a cream with throw pillows that would pick up soft accent colors. Choose a throw to accent the end of the bed in a solid accent color. Keep your artwork something that is contemporary in design that again adds those extra colors. A friend of mine asked me what they need to do in order to distribute their possesions to their son when they p away. They do not want to leave their house to their daughter only their son. As far as I know, if she pes away and dies without a will (intestate) than her belongings are split 50/50 with her two children. However, I think if she has a Will that states leave the house to her son, than that is the only thing she will need to do. Your exercise plan looks awesome and should work as long as it's combined with a good eating plan also. I'm not saying starve yourself just eat more fruits and veggies instead of junk food and you should be able to reach your goal in no time. Also, there's this cool site called my fitness pal I use it to log my calories and exercise I've done for the day. My Mom has been stressed for quite some time now, and her period is a lot worse than it normally is. Ladies, since you know more about it, I need to know if I should take her to the Hospital or let it run it's course. She said she hasn't gotten her Period in 2 Months. And she just got it. She has been Cramping more, she has experienced Diarrhea, Vomiting(in a Great amount), Bleeding More(She constantly has to change her pad thing), and she isn't feeling well overall. Would this bother you?

Recently some renters bought the house next to us, and showed up with a portable basketball hoop and three teen boys. I wouldn't mind games before dark in small groups, but games go on for hours and attract big crowds. Seems like there's 4 or 5 pounding at a time, and lots of yelling and profanity. Sometimes there's 30 kids out there, between ages 16-19. They usually put it away around 10pm, but around 9pm I'm trying to relax and watch tv, I find it really disturbing. Many of the other adult neighbors seem to love it, and come out onto the curb to cheer and watch. Does this go on in most neighborhoods? Am I someone who should just live in the country or would this bug you?

Please help ;( my periods...?

Ok so just for the last 2 months my periods have been really heavy :( like really heavy, my usual tampons don't work for me anymore - there drenched within minuits and when I wear pads I have to wear the maxi ones for incontinence...and I have to change it every hour otherwise it overfills and runs down my legs and everything. I know it sounds gory but it's really uncomfortable - I wake up everymorning with bloody bedsheets and also my clothes are soaked I literally wake up in a puddle of blood. And now it's uncomfortable for work cos if I'm doing something that's gonna take longer than an hour I'm in trouble cos I'm gonna leek. Of course there are those in Christianity who preach hatred of uals and Jews as well, and they're quite bad too, but the fact is that they aren't militant like their Muslim counter-parts and thus cannot be compared. Osama bin Laden, Khaled Sheikh Mohammed and Malik Han were not fanatical Christians if that answers your question.

Mascara problems??? and foundation?? help?

I have tryied a lot of mascaras and I don't know what it is it might me my eyes are too small but they all smear as the day goes by but right now I am using L'oreal's Double Extend mascara I LOVE IT! I've already gone through a couple of tubes. It won't leave clumps and does not smudge at all. Don't get scared if you put it on and then get in the shower and let warm water fall on your face it will seem like your eyelashes are coming off, but its only the mascara. It comes off really well with warm water, not at all messy and you won't get racoon eyes. As for the foundation you should try Revlon's colorstay it lasts ALLDAY and actually has good coverage if you get the liquid just get the one for oily skin and not the one for dry skin. I really like the coverage or if you prefer you can try the mineral form of it also. The coverage might not be as much but it is a powderform so it all depends on how your skin reacts to it. I would use the foundation when i had a lot of ace and it did not agrivate it so I really hope it helps you too. oh and avoid touching your face after you have applied your makeup and wash your hands frequently.

Chapter 13 case gone bad.

My husband and I filed chapter 13 bankruptcy in 2006. Our original attorney advised us to increase our withholding allowances so that we would not have a refund for that tax year. In 2007, I quit work because of a bad back. I was a nurse but I injured the rotator cuff and had to quit because of the pain. My income was included in the original petition. I advised our former attorney that I quit work 2 months before the plan was confirmed. He still insisted to have the plan confirmed. My husband was looking at his paystubs in October 2007 and noticed that he was not paying enough into the IRS taxes. We called, wrote emails, sent certified letters to try to contact our attorney. He never returned our calls. A grievance was brought against him in his county's bar ociation. We finally decided to find a new attorney. Our new attorney filed to have our court plan modified to include enough money to pay the IRS. But, the Trustee in our case filed an objection. He said that we needed to tighten our belts. We are barely paying bills now with the high cost of fuel and food. I am fed up with this bankruptcy case that I am about to have the case dismissed. Any suggestions? Thanks for any answers.

Question regarding Autoimmune disorders?

I'm 21 yrs old and i have celiac disease but i also get shingles quite frequently as well as canker sores in my mouth. Not only that but I also have vitiligo *not sure of spelling but i lose pigment in my skin. Now i know all these can be caused by problems with your immune system and i feel they are all connected somehow but doctors always kind of shrug it off cause I appear healthy but I don't feel healthy. Everyday I wake up i just feel bad in general. Really the only time I have felt healthy is when i've been put on steriods when i get shingles really bad. Officer wrote incorrect name & address on "failure to inspect" ticket - can it be dismissed?

I was borrowing my friend's minivan today to move a few things and shortly after obtaining the vehicle, I was pulled over for an expired inspection sticker (it had a red rejected sticker on it as well & this is in New Jersey) and promptly ticketed ($130 fine) for failure to inspect. The problem is the officer made out the ticket to my friend's mom, yet she was not operating the vehicle at the time. Can this get dismissed in court if we fight it (which we plan to do)? The flies are fungus gnats that live in wet organic potting media. Let the top of the soil dry out between watering. Check the roots, if they are mush, then start over. You can break off the sections of the stem and let them dry for a day. repot in well drained soil. Keep out of direct light until they root. They like to be pot bound, so do not repot until they are falling over. Fertilize once and a while during the growing season.

I just wondered if I am doing enough? My ferrets have a 2.5 meter by 1.2 meter outdoor cage with a second floor leading to an indoor hutch with hay and blankets. I let them loose to run around a garage which is about 5 meters by 2.5 meters with cat scratching posts and tunnels and they eat chicken twice weekly on top of their normal food. I handle them whilst they come out daily in the garage for about an hour. Is this a nice situation for a ferret? If I were you I would not alter the quote at all. For starters it does not seem overly long and if it is relevant to your argument and backs up your line of thinking then it is fine. I just turned 16 and I've been going out with this guy from a different school for a year and five months now...this month makes our one year and a half. Niece wants $22,000 to attend college.?

I have a divorced sister in law with 2 daughters. We and my wife's other sister have over the past 10 years subsidized them by either allowing them to live in our homes or financially. If we stopped buying the gas we wouldn't have to worry about it. There is no practicable way of preventing the Saudis from supporting terror, except through economic means. So, the best we can do is to stop buying as much gas and lobbying our government to sanction the Saudi leadership and/or embargo the oil. I don't really think either of these will really happen. The Saudis just control too much and there is no real alternative to gas available yet. So, as we have known for years, the best way to fight terror is through alternative energy.

I bought this cd from Target, you know one of those displays in the candle isle. The one on the wall with the different clips of music you can push to listen to. I'm working with a parent of kindergartner who I'd bet has autism. The school secretary even stated it when they came to register over the summer. He's receiving special education and speech (he carry on a basic conversation), but there's a lot more I could get for him with a diagnosis of autism from several different sources. He's having major outbursts because of the lack of visual aids, etc. My small school only has 30 kids with disabilities and most are LD, of course. Anyways, mom refuses to take him to a doctor, for even check-ups, because she doesn't want him diagnosed with autism. (Yes! She actually said that!!) I don't know how to say or what to say to help move her past that. I really do want what is best for her son and give him the kind of resources that will help him the most. A lab is very playful and energetic but doesn't have that aggressive nature. Possibly a lab and German Shepard mix. I own that particular mix and she is like what you are wanting. But every dog is different and it is how you raise and train your dog. I will say that she is a one person dog like most German Shepard's tend to be...just be aware.

i'm working on a research entitled "potential use of oyster shells in ceramic production" where oyster shells serve as an additive material to make ceramics more durable. The steps in making our ceramics tell us that we need first vigan clay and ball clay. First step is to mix them. Then, soak them in water overnight. The third step is to knead the mixture. I think I may be pregnant, but I dont want to get my hopes high like all of the other months. December I started my period on the usual 4th of the month and it ended on the 10th. I had unprotected with fiance and he d in me on the 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15. About a week after this I began to have sore and slight cramping. I started what I thought was another period on the 26 of December again and it lasted til the 1. My periods are clockwork everymonth, on time every time, and I dont know if its because my last period carried onto this month or what, but my period is still delayed.I tested on the 2 of January and the fourth of January and both tests were negative. I dont know if I tested to soon or what. On the seventh of the month I used the restroom and when I wiped I notices 1-2 small clumps of dark red/brown blood and nothing else after that. I have had slight cramps right above my pelvic bone and some nausea. Everyday it feels like I started but nothing comes. Today I went to the bathroom thinking I started and noticed off white/ yellow discharge, not slimy or stretchy. Its not an infection as I just had a yearly exam in November, and neither me or my fiance have an Std. Does this sound like a pregnancy? I cant get into my OBGYN til the end of February

hello just wanted peoples opinions about which gaming console is better. I would be surprised to hear if I get at least one serious vote for the wii so lets leave them out of it. Since most games that come out now are on both systems why are some people totally loyal to their system of choice? I mean 360 does have a bigger library and high quality games. PS3 still seems to be struggling to catch on. If you were to ask me which games I would want for a PS3 I would only say Metal Gear and maybe Killzone 2 I really dont know what else sony has to offer. Its funny cuz most die hard sony fans are asian. Most die hard 360 fans are american. so its like a race thing. Sony was on top with its 2 previous consoles but that company lacks anykind of innovation. I mean come on guys its the same controller for 3 systems in a row! So to answer your question...YES your milk could possibly decrease if you were to be pregnant.
