Coughing up light yellow phlegm?

ok so i had a really bad cold and just got better about 2 days ago. i still have a wet cough and cough up light yellow and clear phlegm. not going to see the doctor. i do have some amoxicillion and mucinex. what else could i take to get rid of this?
