What was that show called in the 70's or early 80's??....?

it was a show for children and it was based in a haunted house. It had count dracula, igor (a big fat guy with green paint) it had the sloath, a witch a safari hunter, a physics proffessor and at the end of the show Vincent price would be sitting on a chair and say some spooky words then blow out a candle. Then there would be spooky music. PLease help me figure out what it was called. I think it was something like "house or horrors"???? or something like that? please help MUCH appreciaction will be given. Thanks.
