Ladies, should I be worried about my Mom's Period?

My Mom has been stressed for quite some time now, and her period is a lot worse than it normally is. Ladies, since you know more about it, I need to know if I should take her to the Hospital or let it run it's course. She said she hasn't gotten her Period in 2 Months. And she just got it. She has been Cramping more, she has experienced Diarrhea, Vomiting(in a Great amount), Bleeding More(She constantly has to change her pad thing), and she isn't feeling well overall. I know she is losing Electrolytes and Fluids by the M Full, and that can't be too good for her.
