Do most fibergl v-hull boats have a drain hole, like a jet ski does?

My neighbor told me I could have the thing. It needs a ton of work! But, it's a free boat. It's about a 10 ft, 2 seater. The floor doesn't go down to the V so I'm uming there's some empty space under the floor. I'd upload a picture, but I don't think this program allows it. Any help would be great, FROM SOMEONE WHO HAS HAD OR WORKED ON ONE! No guessing please... I just know it shouldn't be as heavy as it is. Being fibergl two people should be able to lift it! We couldn't get it to move an inch!
