The religions of Islam and Christianity both profess to be "Religions of Peace." Which do you think truly is?

I believe that religion is the new root of all evil. Currently militant Islam is the most dangerous and vile religion in the world, BAR NONE. That's not to say that moderate Islam is bad, but let's face it, there are extremist Muslims out there who hate America, hate Israel and the Jews and hate s and go about expressing that hatred in violent ways that lead to thousands of unnecessary deaths. Of course there are those in Christianity who preach hatred of uals and Jews as well, and they're quite bad too, but the fact is that they aren't militant like their Muslim counter-parts and thus cannot be compared. Osama bin Laden, Khaled Sheikh Mohammed and Malik Han were not fanatical Christians if that answers your question.
