Someone PLEASE explain somethings about the Movie Evita!?

I want to know a few things about this movie that I'm having a hard time trying to figure out. 1. Was El Che for or against Evita. 2. Why exactly was Peron arrested? 3. I don't understand the ending *does El Che Die, and *what is he saying to Peron?. I've seen this movie many times and still can't figure this out!
