Skyline in San Fernando Valley?

Lots of people have told me about this place in the San Fernando Valley that allows you to see the whole Los Angeles when you're at the top, but I forgot what it's called. Does anyone know where I'm talking about, and if so, could you tell me how to get there? (Coming from Reseda)
