Would this bother you?

Recently some renters bought the house next to us, and showed up with a portable basketball hoop and three teen boys. I wouldn't mind games before dark in small groups, but games go on for hours and attract big crowds. Seems like there's 4 or 5 pounding at a time, and lots of yelling and profanity. Sometimes there's 30 kids out there, between ages 16-19. They usually put it away around 10pm, but around 9pm I'm trying to relax and watch tv, I find it really disturbing. Many of the other adult neighbors seem to love it, and come out onto the curb to cheer and watch. Does this go on in most neighborhoods? Am I someone who should just live in the country or would this bug you?
