Officer wrote incorrect name & address on "failure to inspect" ticket - can it be dismissed?

I was borrowing my friend's minivan today to move a few things and shortly after obtaining the vehicle, I was pulled over for an expired inspection sticker (it had a red rejected sticker on it as well & this is in New Jersey) and promptly ticketed ($130 fine) for failure to inspect. The problem is the officer made out the ticket to my friend's mom, yet she was not operating the vehicle at the time. Can this get dismissed in court if we fight it (which we plan to do)? This is obviously a major error and not a minor one. Thank you in advance.
