Why don't more Mexicans denouce "vatos, locos, and cholos"?

I have a question. Why is it that white people (or at least the ones I encounter) are either obsessed with blacks or mexicans? Of course I'm not defending these thugs, but I don't see you asking why redneck racists aren't shipped back to whatever hell hole of a country THEY came from.
