Question regarding Autoimmune disorders?

I'm 21 yrs old and i have celiac disease but i also get shingles quite frequently as well as canker sores in my mouth. Not only that but I also have vitiligo *not sure of spelling but i lose pigment in my skin. Now i know all these can be caused by problems with your immune system and i feel they are all connected somehow but doctors always kind of shrug it off cause I appear healthy but I don't feel healthy. Everyday I wake up i just feel bad in general. Really the only time I have felt healthy is when i've been put on steriods when i get shingles really bad. I was just wondering if anyone on here had any suggestions for me.
