Would this be too dressy for a courthouse wedding?

I'm around 5 months pregnant and my fiance and I decided that we wanted to be married before the baby. I already fell in love with this dress and we had originally planned to wait until next spring and have an outdoor wedding. But now our plans have changed. However, my fiance doesn't want to have a ceremony in a church, since it will just be our parents and 1 or 2 of our siblings, but I kind of think that a courthouse wedding is a bit impersonal. But we agreed to do the courthouse wedding and then have a renewal ceremony/reception next year with all of our family and such. So would this dress be too much for a courthouse wedding?
