Jay-Z beating a women?

Have you ever seen a video footage (probably backstage of a tour) that shows Jay-Z punching up a girl? it's like he's walking through a crowded aisle with some bodyguards besides, the girl is sittin left then he goes at her (looking pissed) and just punch the hell outta her face! Sh!t is pretty disturbing! Well that's some old video but I still didn't found out what the hell was that. I heard that maybe the bytch said something that pissed him off and he beated her, but then gave her some good cash to avoid a possible file. THOUGHTS? FACTS?
