Will Michael Vick ever play for the Falcons again?

Unfortunately, I am a huge Atlanta Falcons and a Vick fan. It seems that without Vick, the organization is destined to fail, especially with the release of the few respectable players that we had left (Dunn, Crumpler, Gandy, etc.) It's clear that Vick brings an unquestioned advantage on game day, and considering his release will be sometime this summer, and the Falcons still have him on their roster, would Arthur Blank and the Falcons Organization ever consider bringing him back?
