Dynamic combo box selections in c#?

whats the easiest way to edit the selectable contents in a combobox? i keep getting an error CS0120, and i really could use a thorough explanation if anyone has one. i have a feeling its a delegate issue, but i can't really find a site that explains how this relates to comboboxes. HALP!
